“The Target DoD-VA Health Standards Profile (TSP) provides a common set of information, data, security, and technical standards for use by DoD and VA in support of new capabilities and major upgrades for healthcare information sharing initiatives. It applies to all activities associated with system lifecycle development for DoD and VA sharing. It focuses only on those service areas and standards required to support interoperability. This is the TSP for FY 2011. It goes through an annual refresh during Summer. The standards contained within the TSP are also included in the VA TRM.”
