Integrated Electronic Health Record (iEHR)
A DoD and VA initiative to accelerate the exchange of health care information among the Departments, other federal and private partners, and Service members, Veterans, and other eligible beneficiaries. This will better enable the Departments to proactively provide the full continuum of services and benefits Service members and Veterans have earned via Veteran/Service member centric process made possible by effective and efficient, standards-based information sharing.
