Welcome to the VACI Virtual Innovation Portal. This portal is part of the Virtual Office of Acquisition (VOA), which is the tool used by VACI for the submission and review of Industry Innovation Competition entries.
Please log in or register using the links in the navigation menu.

After logging in:
To submit an innovation, select “New Innovation” from the navigation menu which is located by clicking the drop arrows to the right of the VACI button.

Note for the submission process: Please upload your Transmittal Letter to both the Transmittal Letter field and the Summary Slide field.

To view the status of your existing submissions, select “Innovation Dashboard” from the navigation menu.
